Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We take great care in crafting and shipping your handmade jewelry to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand our process and what to expect.
Processing Time
All orders are custom-made and require time to create and prepare. Our standard processing time is 3-5 business days. We will notify you if the processing takes longer or there are any significant delays.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer standard and express shipping options to suit your needs. Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination and shipping method chosen at checkout.
United Kingdom
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
All orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via Evri and include tracking information.
Order Tracking
All of our shipping are tracked. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number of the courier. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment. Please be noted that you will only be able to check the delivery status after a product has been crafted and shipped.
The total time from order placement to product arrival is our processing time + courier shipping time. It will usually takes no more than 2 weeks for domestic order (within the UK).
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to errors in the information provided. If you would like to make any change to the order or shipping details after placing an order, please contact us via Contact Us page or momentum.jewellery@gmail.com with your order number included as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order is still under our processing. However, it will be out of our control once it is shipped (see Ordering Guide).
Delivery Issues
In the unlikely event that your package is lost or stolen during shipping, please contact us at the Contact Us page or via momentum.jewellery@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date from the courier. We will work with you at our best and try to resolve the issue with the courier. However, it will be the courier's responsibility since the package is in the their possession.
