Return & Refund
At Momentum, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer return and refund options in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Cancellation Before Shipping
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via momentum.jewellery@gmail.com with your order number included. Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund, including any delivery charges. Once the order has been shipped, "Return and Refund" policy applies.
Return and Refund
If you would like to initiate return for refund, you will have to contact us at momentum.jewellery@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. However, some exceptions apply.
Please note that we do not offer return for exchange at this time. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exceptions which cannot be returned include:
- Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process
To return an item for refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact us with your order number via email within 14 days of receiving your order and inform us of your intention to return the item(s).
- We will provide you detailed instructions on how to send the item back to us.
- Package the item securely, including all original packaging, and return it to us using a trackable method.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described (see Damaged or Faulty Items section below).
- To ensure your return can be received and correctly processed, you must use a trackable shipping method and provide us the tracking number. We cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or delayed in transit without proof of tracking.
Refunds
After receiving your returned item, we will inspect and evaluate if it meets our return criteria for refund. Once the refund is approved, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via email.
- Original Shipping Costs: If you cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items, we will refund the cost of the item(s) and the standard delivery charge.
- Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described (see Damaged or Faulty Items section below).
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately via momentum.jewellery@gmail.com. We will arrange a full refund for you, including any shipping costs. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund, including the original delivery charge (standard or express), for any faulty or incorrect items.
